You will always know where your patient stands

Consultation letters are sent to your rooms following every appointment. Surgical reports and discharge summaries are provided promptly after any procedure. If your patient requires ongoing management, we will communicate this clearly.
Urgent referrals

Priority and urgent cases

We hold priority appointments in each of our clinics for cases that require timely review. If your patient’s presentation is urgent or time-sensitive, contact our rooms directly and our team will ensure the referral is managed appropriately.

For urgent or same-week referrals

Contact our rooms directly and advise the nature of the urgency. Our team will prioritise triage and arrange an appointment as quickly as possible. Do not send urgent referrals by fax alone, call first.

Cases that warrant urgent referral typically include: acute fractures requiring surgical assessment, suspected septic arthritis, acute ligament injuries with significant instability, and time-sensitive conditions where delay may affect outcome. If you are uncertain, call and speak to our team.

Note: For life-threatening emergencies, refer directly to your nearest Emergency Department.
